Real Estate Appraisers needed in Southern Colorado. Colorado Realty Reports is looking for additional qualified real estate aappraisers.

• Commercial Real Estate Appraiser Position;

       Must be a Certified General Appraiser, MAI preferred.

          Must minimally have been licensed or certified for three years. 

• Experienced Residential Appraiser Position;

          Must Licensed and have 1 year of work experience.

        Geographically compentent in Southeastern Colorado is a plus.

        HUD, FHA and VA approval is also a plus.

        Experience with Alamode, Wintotal Software preferred.
